A couple of days ago someone mentioned on Twitter about the dog mess up on Doebank. I am a dog owner, this is out little one.

So you may see the Dog and I around the estate or at Barr Beacon. However we as a family always pick up our mess. We are responsible owners and always carry a doggie bag. Out on the Walk today this is what I saw. Around Beacon Church it is an utter disgrace.

Imagine a child playing through there and these two are small examples. Then further round the corner I saw this on Hillingford.

It is just plain disgusting. Can people not be proud of their area and what is needed is a little bit of care and thought ?

The Council did their bit in the past, we have signs, people can be fined but how can they be caught ? this is NOT the Council’s problem but of those of us who live here and our public responsibility.

those who do not pick up their poo should be disgusted and shamed at their behaviour.
