John Morris has been in touch with me about this great event tomorrow at the Collingwood Centre.

As you know I am doing a London to Paris bike ride so any fitness events greatly interest me. I will ask my wife to take my daughter tomorrow, yep as you have guessed I am on my bike 🙂
