A bit of self indulgence from me 🙂

Some of you may know I am a very keen cyclist and in September I am riding 470Km from London to Paris in aid of Acorns Children’s Hospice.

Being a Villa fan they are the charity of my choice since we partnered them. Everyone would agree the service they provide to life limited children is something very special.

So far in training with three months to go I have ridden 90K in one day so on target to complete the ride and in a decent time as well.
