After a Freedom of Information request I have found out the following points regarding the phone mast on Beacon Road

The original rejection letter the mast company said they did not receive was sent by second class letter

So far £18,415 has been spent on legal fees alone and this is not including Planning Department officials time and money.

As this is Local election time, the blog will be SUSPENDED due to my involvement as Labour Party Agent (our nomination was accepted today). So apart from posting the nomination list I will wait until after the election to post any more.
