This is crash not eh corner of Collingwood and Tyndal and this is supposed to be a 20MPH zone. You can say he might have had brake failure but stand on the corner and see how many people speed down here.
It is NO good having a speed limit but few measures to enforce it ….
Luckily seems no one hurt but the bust stop is only a few metres away and imagine if it had crashed into there with people waiting.
SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT SPEEDERS !!
