Hope everyone has had a good summer (weather permitting !!) and looking forward to the hues of Autumn.

after a bit of a break (not much happening really) thought I would share this with you as it is fascinating.

On a site called VISION of BRITAIN you can see the very old maps for this area dating all the way back to 1805 by searching via postcode. The link is HERE and the map below is from 1834
